OPEN TO ALL ADVENTURERS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES OR INTERNATIONALLY, 18 OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.

Contest Period: The Rwanda Trip Award begins at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 13, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25, 2022 (the “Award Period”).

Eligibility: Open to all adventurers who are legal residents of the United States residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and/or Internationally, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. All participants acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

How To Enter: During the Award Period, you can enter the Award by visiting https://www.kageno.org/win-a-trip-to-rwanda and/or visiting organization’s social media pages and following the instructions to enter, including (1) liking the post and following @kagenoworldwide, (2) subscribing to organization’s mailing list, (3) tagging a friend in the comments, and (4) giving a suggested/optional $5 donation via text to give to comply with the “Entry Requirements” (defined below), to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”). The person uploading the Entry will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). There is no limit of entry per Entrant for the entire Award Period. Five bonus entries will be given to those who do all of the above and who repost the drawing to their Instagram feed and/or stories. All Entries must be received by the end of the Award Period to be eligible.

Prize: There is one (1) Prize available. The Prize consists of the following: A trip for one winner only to Rwanda for a length of time [up to (1) week].

Trip includes (7) nights’ accommodations (based on single occupancy) in Rwanda; ground transportation to/from airport and hotel; (7) days/nights of meals; fees for all attractions and/or tour arrangements. Excludes: round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to Rwanda and alcohol.

Winner agrees to photograph, videotape and/or record any aspects of the trip and use footage or excerpts and share with organization to use in any way the organization sees fit.

Winner must be willing to travel on dates which are tentatively scheduled between October 26, 2022 through October 26, 2024 or Prize will be forfeited. Airfare is excluded and carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Winner must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) and required vaccines in order to travel. Winner must be aware of and assume all risks of travel to and from Rwanda for participation in trip and understand all the dangers and risks inherent in this type of prize activity. Winner may be required to complete any required additional releases required prior to trip. Organization reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotels in their sole and absolute discretion. Winner is responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledges that the organization has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, alcohol, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, personal charges including but not limited to items such as lodging, security fees, entertainment and transfers, are Winner’s sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the organization.
